Terms and Conditions

3.1 Investment

The Programme investment is £2,497 (Founders Rate). Payment plans are available over 3 and 6 months at the same total cost.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payment is required in full or as per your chosen payment plan. Setup of your system begins immediately upon payment being received.

3.3 Non-Refundable

All payments are non-refundable once your system setup has begun. Your invoice and payment confirmation will be provided upon purchase.

4.1 No Refunds

Due to the immediate commencement of system setup upon payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal from the Programme.

4.2 Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the Programme after payment, your access to materials and support will be discontinued, but no refund will be issued.

5.1 Guarantee Terms

We guarantee that if you attend all live sessions, complete the work, and your system still isn't functioning by day 90, we will work with you one-on-one until it is.

5.2 Scope of Guarantee

This guarantee covers system functionality, technical setup, and integration of tools only. It does not cover customisation, branding, copywriting, business strategy, or other non-technical services. The guarantee applies only when all conditions in section 5.1 are met.

6.1 Recording Availability

All live sessions are recorded. Recordings will be uploaded within 24 hours of each session and will be available to you for as long as you maintain access to the portal.

6.2 Perpetual Access

You retain access to all recordings and video walkthroughs forever, even after the 90-day Programme concludes and your hosting period ends.

6.3 Portal and Platform Access

All platforms and tools are accessible via your white-label GoHighLevel platform. You will receive login credentials and instructions for accessing all Programme materials.

7.1 Session Attendance

Live sessions are held twice weekly. While attendance is strongly recommended, we understand life happens. Recordings of all sessions are provided within 24 hours so you can catch up.

7.2 Dates and Times

Session dates and times will be confirmed at enrolment. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if necessary, with reasonable notice.

8.1 Testimonial Requirement

As a condition of enrolment, particularly under the Founders Rate, you agree to provide a testimonial video of your experience upon completion of the Programme.

8.2 Use of Testimonials

You grant Georgie Thomas and associated brands full permission to use your testimonial video, your name, and anonymised results/case studies for marketing purposes, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

8.3 Feedback

You also agree to provide feedback on your Programme experience to help shape ongoing support and improvements.

9.1 Your System

You own the sales system built during the Programme, including your sales page, email sequences, booking calendar, and all customisations you create. Your system runs on your white-label GoHighLevel platform and is fully yours.

9.2 Programme Materials

All recordings, video walkthroughs, templates, frameworks, and educational materials provided as part of the Programme remain the intellectual property of Georgie Thomas. You may use these materials for your own business purposes only.

9.3 Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, or share Programme materials with others outside your own business use without express written permission.

10.1 White-Label GoHighLevel Platform

Your complete sales system is hosted on a white-label GoHighLevel platform that bears your branding and represents your business professionally.

10.2 12-Month Included Hosting

Your system platform is hosted and maintained for 12 months from your launch date at no additional cost.

10.3 After 12 Months

After the initial 12 months, platform hosting will be available at £47 per month (50% discount off standard rates). You will have 30 days' notice before any changes to hosting terms.

10.4 System Maintenance

All updates, security patches, and general maintenance are included in your hosting fee.

11.1 Your Commitment

You agree to:

• Attend live sessions regularly (or watch recordings promptly)
• Complete the work and implementation tasks between sessions
• Provide honest feedback and communication
• Follow instructions and guidance provided
• Use the system and tools only for lawful purposes

11.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices to access the Programme materials and live sessions.

12.1 No Guarantees on Results

While we provide the Show Up and Build Guarantee regarding system functionality, we do not guarantee specific business results, sales figures, or income levels. Your results depend on your implementation, marketing efforts, product/service quality, and market conditions.

12.2 Limitation

Neither Georgie Thomas nor Rohan shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Programme or system.

16.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your participation in the Programme at any time, but no refund will be issued.

16.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these terms, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to use the system for its intended lawful purposes.
