But I didn't start out in systems and automation.
Before this business, I spent ten years as a teacher. Then I moved into web design and eventually built my own business.
Different careers, on paper. But the thread running through all of them has been the same.
Helping people make sense of things that feel overwhelming.
After six years designing websites for female founders, I started to notice something. Most women didn't just need a better website. They needed proper systems.
Because what happened after someone landed on the website mattered just as much as the website itself. The follow-up. The onboarding. The customer journey. The bit nobody really talks about.
I kept seeing brilliant women building incredible businesses while manually holding everything together behind the scenes. The business was growing. The systems underneath weren't.
That's when this business started, properly.
I realised most female founders don't have a tech problem. They have a systems problem dressed up as a tech problem.
And the work changed completely.
I hate seeing brilliant women held back because the operational side of growth feels intimidating.
They want to grow. Launch the programme. Build the membership. Create recurring revenue. Use automation properly. Scale their visibility.
But instead of feeling supported by the systems behind the business, they feel buried by them.
Too many tools. Too much noise. Too many platforms promising to change everything while quietly creating more complexity.
Somewhere along the way, women start believing they're bad at tech.
Most of the time, that's not true. They just haven't had anyone simplify it properly with them.
Strategy first. Tech second.
I don't just tell you what needs fixing. I build it with you.
What that looks like depends on the business, but the goal is always the same. Systems that quietly support growth in the background, instead of creating more work for you to manage.
Because good systems should make a business easier to run. Not harder.
Success looks different to me than it used to.
Of course I care about growth, revenue, impact, building something meaningful. But more than anything, I care about choice.
Building a business where you decide how much time you spend in it, what offers you create, how you want to work, when you step away.
What's the point of a successful business if it quietly takes all your headspace, energy and freedom in the process?
I believe businesses should support your life. Not consume it.
That's the kind of business I'm building for myself, and the kind of business I help other women build.
