How We Turned Karla's Visibility Into a Business Ready to Scale
Karla had built real momentum. A growing, engaged Instagram audience and features in the national press.
What she didn't have yet was somewhere to send all that attention. Here's how we changed that.

What we worked on:
- A brand new website
- Lead magnet automations
- Online booking for parent consultations
- A membership portal for her new community
- Stripe payment integration
- Google Workspace and professional email setup
The Challenge
Karla had already done the hard part. Fifteen years as a primary school teacher, deep expertise in neurodiversity, a growing and engaged following on Instagram, and features in the press including GB News and SEN Magazine.
What she didn't have was the system to keep up with it.
She'd been running things through Stan Store, which had served her well enough to get going. But it could only take her so far. No proper website. Limited room to capture and nurture the parents finding her, connect her tools, or build the community she had in mind. Her visibility was growing faster than the setup behind it, which meant a lot of that hard-won momentum had nowhere to go.
She had the audience and the authority. The system just needed to catch up with her ambition.
The Goal
Give Karla's brand a proper home, and the systems to turn all that attention into a business that can grow. That meant:
- A professional website worthy of her reputation and press features
- A way to capture and nurture the parents discovering her
- Simple online booking for consultations
- Payments handled smoothly and automatically
- A membership portal ready for her community launch
- A professional, organised foundation to build on
What We Built

A brand new website.
Karla's first proper home online. It gives the parents arriving from Instagram and the press a calm, clear journey, and reflects the warmth and credibility of her work.
Lead magnet automations.
Her free Sensory Profile Guide now captures details and nurtures every parent who downloads it, automatically. Her audience becomes an email list she owns, instead of attention that quietly disappears.
Online consultation booking.
Parents can book Karla's Parent Clarity Session in a few clicks, with no back and forth. The calendar handles the scheduling so she doesn't have to.
Stripe payments.
Payments are taken smoothly at the point of booking. No invoices, no chasing, no awkward bits.
A membership portal.
Built and ready for the launch of her online community and parent coffee mornings. A warm place for parents to gather, and a space for Karla to grow into.
Google Workspace and professional email.
A professional email address and a tidy workspace behind the scenes. A small thing that makes a big difference to how the business looks and runs.
The Results
This build was about readiness. Karla now has everything in place to turn her visibility into sustainable growth.
The attention from Instagram and the press finally has somewhere to land. Parents can find her, download the guide, join the email list, book a session and pay, all without Karla lifting a finger behind the scenes. And the membership portal is primed and waiting for her community launch.
"I really appreciate everything you do for me, where would I be without you x"

What's Next
The exciting part is still to come.
Karla is preparing to launch her online community and parent coffee mornings through the new membership portal. A gentle, welcoming space for parents who so often feel alone in this.
We're continuing to work together to support that launch and keep building the systems behind her growth. The foundations are in. Now we grow.
