    Who we are

    This website and business are operated by Georgie Thomas (trading as Systems & Scale Group LTD).

    Why we use your information, and our lawful basis

    UK data protection law requires us to have a valid "lawful basis" for using your personal information. Here's how that maps to what we do:

    To provide our services and fulfil our contract with you (lawful basis: performance of a contract)
    We use your information to deliver the services you've requested, manage your project, communicate with you, and handle payments.

    When you contact us or book a review, we use your details to reply and follow up.

    We only send marketing emails where you've signed up to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

    We use anonymised usage information to understand what's working and make things better.

    To meet our legal and regulatory obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation)
    For example, keeping financial records for the period required by law.

    If we ever rely on a lawful basis that no longer applies, we'll stop processing your information for that purpose.

    Who we share your information with

    We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

    We do use trusted service providers ("processors") to help us run the business. These may include:
